来源：中国科学报年初，一部电视剧《都挺好》火遍全国，大结局时剧中一直让人恨得牙痒痒的 “作爹” 苏大强，因患上了阿尔茨海默氏症（AD，俗称老年痴呆症）而成功“洗白”，惹出了不少人的眼泪。阿尔茨海默氏症离我们并不遥远，由它引发的故事也是常有耳闻，大多伴随着无奈与辛酸。随着全球老龄化进程的加快，愈来愈多的阿尔茨海默氏症患者将给家属及社会带来沉重的负担。根据国际阿尔茨海默氏病协会的统计数据，2018 年全世界有 5000 万老人患有痴呆，每 3 秒钟，就有 1 位患者产生；中国是阿尔茨海默氏病的重灾区，估计有 1000 万患者。关于阿尔茨海默氏症发病机制和治疗方法的研究一直都是科研界关注的重点之一。近日，中国科学院昆明动物研究所姚永刚课题组在阿尔茨海默氏症的治疗研究上取得重要进展，该研究阐明了核受体过氧化物酶体α激动剂吉非罗齐和匹立尼酸的抗阿尔茨海默氏症分子机制。相关论文在线发表于《自噬》（Autophagy）杂志上。诱导自噬，清除 Aβ作为发生在老年前期与老年期的一种常见的神经退行性脑病，阿尔茨海默氏症是最常见的老年痴呆类型，其发病率随着年龄增长而显著增加。其临床表现为病人渐进性记忆丧失、认知能力下降并伴有焦虑等其他精神相关症状。对于阿尔茨海默氏症的发病机制，现有很多学说，其中影响最广泛的有β- 淀粉样蛋白（β-amyloid，Aβ）瀑布理论，认为 Aβ的生成与清除失衡是导致神经元变...

肠道微生态产业发展现状分析

2016年《消失的微生物》一书问世，肠道微生态研究走入大众视野，目前全球范围内针对微生物与肥胖、哮喘、过敏、糖尿病、肿瘤、精神类疾病的研究正逐步开展。一、肠道微生物概况人体是由自身细胞及共生的大量微生物细胞所共同组成的复杂共生生命体。目前研究认为人体肠道内聚集的微生物数目可达1012~1014个，是人体自身细胞数目的10倍，微生物包含的基因数目超过987万个，人类自身基因数只有2万个左右，是人体自身基因数目的几百倍，这些后天获得的共生菌群及其所携带的遗传及分子信息即可称为微生物组。（一）人体肠道微生物是如何建立的？有研究表明，人体在出生成长过程中，主要在两个重要的环节、以两种不同的方式实现对肠道菌群的塑造。第一个环节是在分娩过程，婴儿会从母亲产道获得健康的肠道菌群，剖腹产和孕期抗生素则会改变正常婴儿菌群的建立。另一个环节则是出生后的哺乳及断奶后的膳食干预。在女性乳腺中存在着乳酸菌等系列微生物，这些微生物在哺乳过程中进入并定植于婴儿肠道。随着哺乳期的结束，日趋丰富的膳食外源营养物质则长期调节着人体肠道微生物中的的变化。（二）肠道微生物对人体健康有何影响？肠道菌群与人体互利共生，依靠人体没有消化的食物残渣和肠道分泌的黏液和脱落的死细胞作为营养来维持很高的种群水平。活跃生长的肠道菌群会产生大量的活性物质，同时包括短链脂肪酸、维生素和抗氧化等有益健康的产物，以及神经毒素、致癌物质和免疫毒素...

新冠疫情：1.7亿例！欧盟扩大辉瑞/BioNTech mRNA疫苗Comirnaty授权：用于12-15岁青少年人群!

2021年05月30日讯 /生物谷BIOON/ --目前，国外新冠肺炎疫情仍在迅速蔓延。根据百度《新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情实时大数据报告》，截止2021年05月30日19时，全球累计确诊超过1.7亿（1.7068亿）例，死亡超过354.9万例。近日，辉瑞（Pfizer）与合作伙伴BioNTech联合宣布，其COVID-19 mRNA疫苗Comirnaty（BNT162b2）在欧盟的有条件营销授权（CMA）已扩大至纳入12-15岁的青少年。在此之前，欧洲药品管理局（EMA）人用医药产品委员会（CHMP）发布积极审查意见，推荐批准Comirnaty用于这一年龄组人群。此次Comirnaty CMA适应症扩展，在欧盟所有27个成员国均有效。Comirnaty是第一个在欧盟获得授权的COVID-19疫苗，也是第一个将其CMA扩展到青少年的疫苗。Comirnaty在欧盟成员国的分发和接种，将继续根据欧盟确定的人口和各个国家的指南来实施。在美国方面，今年5月10日，FDA批准扩大Comirnaty的紧急使用授权（EUA），纳入12-15岁青少年群体。值得一提的是，Comirnaty是在美国被批准用于这一年龄组的首个COVID-19疫苗。此前，FDA已授予Comirnaty用于≥16岁人群进行主动免疫的EUA。BioNTech首席执行官兼联合创始人Ugur Sahin医学博士表示：“今天，我们在欧盟...
