据新华社电 美国航天局一项双胞胎对比研究显示，长期太空生活有可能会让宇航员的免疫系统处于高度警戒状态，并改变他们一些基因的活跃程度。2015 年至 2016 年，美国宇航员斯科特 · 凯利在国际空间站上连续生活 340 天，而他的双胞胎兄弟马克 · 凯利在地面生活。美国航天局利用兄弟俩开展了独特的对比研究，希望进一步了解长期太空生活对人体健康的影响。在近日召开的美国科学促进会年会上，研究人员公布了一项初步发现：接近一年的太空生活让斯科特的免疫系统变得超级活跃。免疫系统是人体防卫病原体入侵的重要防线。参与研究的美国韦尔 · 康奈尔医学院遗传学者克里斯托弗 · 梅森说，斯科特身体对太空环境的反应，就好像他体内多了一个陌生器官一般。梅森表示，斯科特体内一些与免疫系统有关的基因变得超级活跃。虽然基因本身没有改变，但其表达却有所不同，即基因的开与关、产生蛋白质的多少发生了变化。他还发现，斯科特血液中一种显示免疫系统增强的标志物增多，而一种与早期病毒防御相关的细胞类型却有所减少。研究人员表示，目前尚无法确定这些变化会对人体造成什么影响。但基因活动在太空中发生变化并不奇怪，因为人体会对环境的改变作出反应。斯科特回到地球后不久，身体各项指标就大体恢复正常。研究人员认为，双胞胎对比研究尚未发现新的重要警示信息，这对长期太空飞行来说总体上是一个令人鼓舞的消息。此...
